We aim to provide the children with an environment where they can develop self-discipline and self esteem in an atmosphere of mutual respect and encouragement. Although Kids Club is a less formal setting than the classroom, for example Kids Club staff are known by their first names, rules for behaviour and conduct will be discussed and agreed with the children. The staff follow the School’s Behaviour and Anti Bullying Policy and record all incidents of unacceptable behaviour and bullying which will be discussed with the child’s parents. The Headteacher may consider withdrawing a place at Kids Club for persistent unacceptable behaviour or bullying.
