At our most recent AGM held in September 2025, some changes were made to our members and the Committee for this year is below:

PAWS AGM - 10 November 2026

The PAWS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 10 November at 7:00pm.

Our AGM is an opportunity to look back on a successful year of fundraising, celebrate what has been achieved, and share our plans and ideas for the year ahead. As parents and carers of pupils at the school, we would be delighted if you could join us to hear about the impact of PAWS' fundraising efforts and our exciting upcoming projects.

As a registered charity, we are required by our constitution and the Charity Commission to hold an AGM each year. To make the meeting quo rate and enable PAWS to continue operating as a charity for another year, we need a number of non-committee members to attend. This allows us to continue running events, fundraising for the school and supporting the wider school community. We have attached a poster summarising our income and expenditure from last year.

We hope you will be able to join us.

Committee vacancies:

This year, we have three vacancies on the committee.

Marianna will be stepping down from her role as Treasurer, and we have decided to recruit two Co-Treasurers to share the responsibilities of this important position. We are also seeking a Secretary.

These roles are vital to the ongoing success of PAWS, and we would encourage anyone interested to consider getting involved. Further information can be found in the Notice of AGM document below. Attending the AGM:

We are keen to make the meeting as accessible as possible, recognising that evenings can be busy for many families. The AGM will therefore be held both in person at Wheatfields School and online via Zoom.

We hope this flexibility will enable as many people as possible to attend. The Zoom joining details will be shared closer to the date.
