The Household Support Fund (HSF) helped people experiencing immediate financial hardship to pay for food and household energy bills.

 This scheme ended on 31 March 2026 and has been replaced by a new "Crisis and Resilience Fund".

The Government has announced a new "Crisis and Resilience Fund" which replaces the HSF.  This new fund will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.  Access to this support will be via the County Council again.  Here is a link to the government's website with information:
